Non Transferability of Subscription

The right to use MyWeek/Mr Pop Culture services is not transferable. Use of accounts is expressly limited to the subscriber whose name appears on the account. A subscriber may use no more than one log-in session per account at any time.

Compliance with all Laws/Published Content Responsibility

My Week/Mr. Pop Culture subscriber agrees to use the service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations of the United States of America, the State of California, and the Member's locality. Subscriber agrees to observe all policies for message posting and that Mr. Pop Culture/Man From Yesterday Inc. retains final control of all published material, including any editing or deletion. Mr. Pop Culture may revoke any Subscriber's access to services for inappropriate usage.

Mr. Pop Culture content is not to be used for personal vendettas or the libel or slander of intended party. You, (not Mr. Pop Culture.com) are responsible for what you publish – either written and/or support materials such as photos and videos.

All rights to the Mr. Pop Culture web site, including copyrights, remain the property of Mr. Pop Culture.com/Man From Yesterday Inc. Subscribers are not granted a right to copy or distribute audio or video files, pictures, text or any other content from Mr. Pop Culture.com for the purpose of trade or sale, or for use on other websites.

Mr. Pop Culture.com reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement and other authorities in investigating claims of illegal activity.

Monitoring And Privacy

Mr. Pop Culture.com reserves the right to monitor any and all communications through or with the Mr. Pop Culture.com facilities, including inspection of server logs and real-time monitoring of Subscriber activity. Subscriber agrees that Mr. Pop Culture.com is entitled to protect original content and that preventing abuse of the site is an appropriate activity.

Confidentiality of Personal Subscriber Information

Mr. Pop Culture.com will not release any subscriber information to any third party, except upon presentation of a valid court order of a government organization with jurisdiction in the city of Sacramento, County of Sacramento, State of California, USA. Subscriber agrees that Mr. Pop Culture.com’s judgment as to the validity of any court order or subpoena shall be considered proper and final.

While the My Week/Mr. Pop Culture.com (portion) is secure and not subject to outside search spyders, linking to outside sources such as Twitter may enable your content to sampled by outside search engines and subject to publication on (such) search engines. You have the right to break the link with outside source.

Right to Suspend or Cancel Service

Mr. Pop Culture.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel service to Subscribers and the general public, at any time, and without notice, for any reason.

Other Remedies/Non-Waiver

Nothing contained in these policies shall be construed to limit action Mr. Pop Culture.com may take or remedies available to Mr. Pop Culture.com in any way. In addition, Mr. Pop Culture.com reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to Mr. Pop Culture.com. Non-enforcement of any published policy or rule does not constitute consent or waiver, and Mr. Pop Culture.com reserves the right to enforce such policy or rule at its sole discretion.

Right to Modify Service
