A gunman dressed in black, steps on stage in a lecture hall at Northern Illinois
University and opens fire on a geology class. Five are dead plus, the gunman
killed himself on the lecture hall stage. 16 others were wounded.
The Supreme Court gives business two wins. On one ruling the court said makes
of medical devices cannot be sued by injured patients if the FDA had approved
