Passing - John J. Sirca - federal judge who played a big part of the Watergate

scandal. He was 88.

Talk show host Geraldo Rivera and a Ku Klux Klansman are

arrested after they scuffled during a Klan rally in Wisconsin.

Rivera was arrested on a misdemeanor battery charge.
