poet who yodels, is accusing Yahoo of using his
signature vocalization in its yodeling commercials.
Gustafson was paid $590 to record the “Yahoo”
some six years ago, and says the network now
owes him $5 million for all the usage. “All I know is I
created this yodel and it’s become an audio
trademark for this company and that wasn’t the
original agreement.””

Passing - Robert Urich dies of cancer. He was 55. Mr.
